More Information

The Mutual Fund Show® is produced by The Mutual Fund Research Center, LLC (TMFRC) and is sponsored by independently owned and operated Mutual Fund Store franchisees and affiliated Mutual Fund Stores located throughout the United States. The Mutual Fund Store® in your area is a sponsor of the Mutual Fund Show.

The Mutual Fund Stores® provide investment advisory services to their clients using mutual fund research and analysis provided by TMFRC under the direction of Adam Bold. The investment advisory services provided by each Mutual Fund Store serve the needs of its individual clients and may or may not include funds mentioned on the Mutual Fund Show. Individuals who invest with their local Mutual Fund Store will incur advisory fees, but not loads, in addition to the management fees and other expenses charged by the mutual fund companies.

As noted above, TMFRC provides Mutual Fund Store franchisees and affiliated Mutual Fund Stores with mutual fund research and analysis. These are non-discretionary investment advisory services, and are principally mutual fund recommendations and asset allocation models. All franchisee and affiliated Mutual Fund Stores receive the same information. Each Mutual Fund Store independently implements these investment recommendations on a discretionary basis for each of its clients, taking into account each client’s circumstances and investment objectives.

Mutual Fund Show listeners should not consider any Mutual Fund Show discussion of a specific fund as a recommendation that they purchase that fund. A decision to purchase a mutual fund should be made carefully after consultation with an investment advisor or after carefully reading the prospectus for that fund. The decision should occur after an evaluation of that fund’s objectives, then comparing those to your personal situation, including your objectives, investment time horizon, and risk tolerance. Mutual funds, like all securities, are subject to market and other risks. The amount realized from the sale of mutual fund shares may be less than the amount paid to purchase those shares.
