The Mutual Fund Show® respects and PROTECTS your privacy.

Disclosure: The Mutual Fund Show will not disclose to outside parties any personally identifiable information obtained from an e-mail inquiry without the consent of the listener (except as required by subpoena or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the listener or others). The Mutual Fund Show will only use outside agents, contractors or other companies to perform services on its behalf when that outside agency has entered into a Confidentiality Agreement which ensures protection of personally-identifiable information consistent with this Policy.

Responses to E-mail Inquiries: When visitors send e-mail inquiries to The Mutual Fund Show, the return e-mail address is used to answer the inquiry and communicate with the sender. The Mutual Fund Show does not use the return e-mail address for any other purpose and does not share it with any third party.

Improper Conduct: The Mutual Fund Show may use identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the show’s network or Web site or otherwise impedes services provided through the TMFS Web site.
